1. The service

Fine Stopped, provided by LINBETTA, detects likely toll crossings, clean air zone entries and parking, and sends reminders. It is a reminder tool only. We do not pay any charge on your behalf.

2. You remain responsible

You are responsible for paying every toll, charge and parking fee on time. Detection depends on your phone's location signal, battery, settings and network, and may miss a crossing or record one that did not happen. Fees, deadlines and payment links in the app are a guide; always check with the operator. We are not liable for any penalty charge, fine or loss arising from a missed, late or incorrect reminder, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

3. Do not use the app while driving

Voice alerts are designed so you do not need to look at your phone. Only interact with the app when it is safe and legal to do so.

4. Subscriptions

Premium (£3.99 per month) and Pro Plus (£6.99 per month) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. They renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. The Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement applies to purchases on iOS.

5. Your account

Keep your login details safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app if the changes are significant.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
