Who we are

linbetta.com is run by LINBETTA Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

What we collect

If you book a call, we collect your name, work email, organisation and, if you choose to give them, your job title, phone number and a short message.

How we use it

We use these details only to arrange and hold your call: to create the calendar invite with a Google Meet link, send you a confirmation and a reminder the day before, and prepare for the conversation. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Bookings are stored in our Google Workspace calendar and email, provided by Google. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for up to 24 months after the call, unless we go on to work together, in which case they form part of our client records.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete anything we hold about you at any time by emailing linda@linbetta.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
